IV1 Villa

The IV01 villa in Mallorca is distinguished by its Mediterranean design that celebrates natural light and the use of indigenous materials, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The façade of the villa is clad in local limestone and white plaster, reflecting the sunlight and keeping the building cool. The windows are framed with natural wooden shutters, which not only add a rustic charm, but also allow for light control and ventilation. The sloping roofs, covered with terracotta tiles, reinforce the traditional Mallorcan style and complement the natural surroundings of the island.

Inside, the villa is not limited to minimalist design, but incorporates a rich variety of natural materials that add texture and depth. Terracotta floors and whitewashed walls create a fresh, bright base, while exposed wooden ceiling beams and natural stone detailing add a rustic, authentic touch. The furniture, though simple, is made from solid wood and other natural materials, bringing warmth and comfort to each room. Hand-woven rugs and textiles in neutral and earthy tones complement the colour palette, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere.

The villa's outdoor spaces are designed to maximise the connection with Mallorca's natural surroundings. Spacious terraces and interior courtyards, adorned with Mediterranean plants such as bougainvillea, olive trees and lavender, offer tranquil areas for rest and contemplation. An infinity pool, lined with tiles reflecting the blue of the sky and sea, becomes the visual centrepiece of the garden. Wooden pergolas, covered with vines, provide shaded areas perfect for outdoor dining. This Mediterranean design, combining traditional elements with natural materials, offers a haven of luxury and serenity in the heart of Mallorca.
